About these terms
These terms govern your use of keydrops.com.au, any KeyDrops mobile or email service, and any KeyDrops membership (together, the Service). The Service is operated by KeyDrops Pty Ltd (KeyDrops, we, us, our).
By creating an account, holding a membership, entering a drop, purchasing a credit pack, or browsing the Service you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any drop-specific terms we publish on the relevant drop page. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms should be read together with any drop-specific terms we publish for an individual drop. Where there is inconsistency between documents, the following order of precedence applies: (1) individual drop terms for that drop; (2) these terms; (3) any general site notices. Our Compliance & Permits page is an informational summary of how we operate and is not part of these terms; it does not create contractual obligations beyond those already expressly stated here or in applicable law.
KeyDrops operates under state and territory trade-promotion frameworks. KeyDrops is not a paid-entry lottery. Every drop has a no-cost entry route of equivalent weighting. Paid membership is a subscription for content, partner discounts, merchandise credit and community benefits; promotional entries are complimentary with membership.
Definitions
- AMOE / Free Route
- The alternative method of entry available at no cost for every drop, described in the Free entry route section below.
- Complimentary Entry
- An entry into a drop provided at no additional cost as part of an active paid membership or an active credit pack. Complimentary entries are a benefit of that underlying product, not a purchased product in their own right.
- Credit Pack
- A one-off purchase of KeyDrops Credits (redeemable for merchandise, content, partner discounts and event perks) that also includes a specified number of complimentary entries into a nominated drop.
- Drop
- A single, identified trade promotion conducted by KeyDrops in which a specified prize is allocated to one entrant by a random draw on a specified date.
- Eligible Entrant
- A person who meets the eligibility criteria in these terms and the terms of the relevant drop.
- Excluded Jurisdiction
- A jurisdiction from which entry is not accepted — presently South Australia. See Jurisdictions below.
- Member
- A person who holds a current KeyDrops account. A member may be on the Free tier or a paid tier (Crew, Enthusiast or Collector).
- Consigned Vehicle
- A prize vehicle supplied to KeyDrops by a private consignor under a separate Consignment Agreement, inspected, insured, and allocated as a prize to a single drop.
- ACL
- The Australian Consumer Law (schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2).
Eligibility
To enter a drop, you must:
- be a natural person aged 18 years or over;
- be an Australian resident (principal place of residence in Australia) and physically present in Australia at the time of entry;
- not be a resident of an Excluded Jurisdiction at the time of entry;
- hold only one KeyDrops account, registered in your own legal name, and provide truthful registration and verification information;
- not be a director, officer, employee or contractor of KeyDrops or a related body corporate, nor an immediate family member of any such person (spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto or former de-facto partner, child or step-child whether natural or by adoption, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, sibling, step-sibling, niece or nephew); and
- not be the consignor of the relevant prize vehicle, nor an immediate family member of that consignor (as defined above), nor a member of the consignor’s household.
You represent and warrant that each of the above is true at every time you enter a drop. We may, at any time, require you to produce identity, age, residence or employment documentation to validate your entries. Failure to provide that documentation within a reasonable time is a ground for disqualification under Suspension & disqualification below.
Jurisdictions
KeyDrops is a national Australian promotion. Entry is not open to residents of the Excluded Jurisdiction set out below, whose entries will be treated as void:
| Jurisdiction | Status | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Victoria | Open · statutory compliance | Conducted under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic), Ch. 5 Pt. 7. No permit required for compliant trade-promotion lotteries; the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) is the regulator. |
| New South Wales | Open · authority held | Conducted under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW), reg 14. KeyDrops holds a 5-year Trade Promotion Gaming Authority (TP-24118) with NSW Fair Trading. Individual drops with a total prize value above AUD $10,000 are notified to NSW Fair Trading at least 10 business days before the entry period opens. |
| Australian Capital Territory | Open · per-drop permit | Conducted under the Lotteries Act 1964 (ACT)and the Trade Promotion Lottery Information and Conditions issued by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission. Drops with a total prize value above AUD $3,000 require a per-drop permit. Advertising of an ACT-available drop does not commence until the ACT permit is issued; until that point ACT residents do not see drop teasers or entry mechanics. |
| Queensland | Open · statutory compliance | Category 4 promotional game under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld), s 17 and s 21. No permit required. Entry is complimentary with the membership at its usual retail price, consistent with the Schedule 2 definition and OLGR guidance. |
| Western Australia | Open · statutory compliance | Conducted under s 102 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA) and the prescribed conditions in reg 36A and Schedule 5 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988 (WA). There is no permit regime: each drop is conducted within the Schedule 5 constraints — free entry; phone or SMS incidental cost no more than 55 cents; internet registration at no more than standard ISP charges; drop duration not exceeding twelve months; and the draw conducted within one month of the close of the entry period. Mid-drop amendments to these terms, if they affect a WA-available drop, are made only after prior written approval from the WA Gaming and Wagering Commission. |
| Tasmania | Open · subject to Commission view | Each drop is a “trade promotion” excluded from the definition of lottery by s 4A(2) of the Gaming Control Act 1993 (Tas), provided the Tasmanian Gaming Commission is satisfied the consideration paid for membership represents the prevailing market price for the bundle of content, partner discounts, merchandise credit and other non-draw benefits received (s 3(1)). There is no Tasmanian permit regime and no threshold. Where the Commission indicates it is not so satisfied in relation to a particular drop, KeyDrops will suspend entries from Tasmanian residents for that drop. |
| Northern Territory | Open · reciprocity | Conducted under the Gaming Control Act 1993 (NT) and Gaming Control (Community Gaming) Regulations 2006 (NT) on the basis of interstate permit reciprocity: a valid NSW or ACT authority for the same national promotion is accepted by Licensing NT. For drops with a major prize (total value above AUD $5,000), the name of any NT-resident winner will be published in a local or national newspaper in addition to the normal on-site winner publication. Records of NT entries are retained for at least 2 years. |
| South Australia | Excluded | Entry is not accepted from residents of South Australia. The Lottery and Gaming Act 1936 (SA) and Lottery and Gaming Regulations 2008 (SA) require a per-drop licence from Consumer and Business Services (CBS) for any drop with total prize value at or above AUD $5,000, with no multi-year authority available and no interstate reciprocity. KeyDrops does not presently hold a CBS licence for any drop. Entries from SA-resident entrants are void and any prize awarded in breach of this exclusion is forfeit. |
You are a resident of a jurisdiction if your principal place of residence is in that jurisdiction at the time of entry, regardless of temporary absence. Providing false residence information is a material breach of these terms and will result in forfeiture of any prize that would otherwise have been awarded.
Where applicable laws in a jurisdiction restrict, condition or prohibit participation in a drop or the award, transfer or delivery of a prize, we reserve the right to refuse entries from that jurisdiction, substitute a lawful alternative of equal or greater value (including a cash alternative), declare entries invalid, or take any other step reasonably necessary to comply with the law.
Accounts & verification
To enter a drop, allocate complimentary entries, purchase a credit pack, or claim a prize, you must register a KeyDrops account in your own legal name. You must keep your account information current and keep your password and any passkeys confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Identity verification (KYC)
KeyDrops is a reporting entity under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), registered with AUSTRAC under RE number IE-400118. We verify the identity of members and entrants using documented Know-Your-Customer procedures before a prize is awarded and, where required, before entries are allocated or a credit pack is purchased. You authorise us to collect and process the information described in our Privacy Policy for that purpose.
One account per person
Multiple accounts held by the same individual, or accounts held on behalf of another person, are prohibited. We may merge or close duplicate accounts and void entries associated with them.
Membership
KeyDrops memberships are available across a free tier and three paid tiers. The tiers are described on the Membership page; the table below summarises the regulatory character of each.
| Tier | Price | Complimentary entries | Non-draw benefits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1 per drop via the Free Route | Browse, watch draws, community access, content preview. Not available to SA residents. |
| Crew | $15 / mo | Per Membership page | Full content access, tier-1 partner discounts, monthly merchandise credit, state-chapter community, meets. |
| Enthusiast | $39 / mo | Per Membership page | Full content access + drops feed, broader partner discounts, higher merchandise credit, national community, meets and track events, credit-pack access. |
| Collector | $99 / mo | Per Membership page | All of the above plus early access, private roster, owners’ dinners, concierge, ambassador programme. |
Complimentary entries
Paid memberships include a specified number of complimentary entries per month, allocable across open drops at the member’s discretion. Complimentary entries are a benefit of paid membership and have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and expire in accordance with the rules of the specific drop into which they have been allocated.
Non-draw value
Partner discounts, monthly merchandise credit, community and event benefits have independent value to members whether or not they ever allocate a complimentary entry. Those benefits continue to be available for the period you hold an active paid membership, subject to the published terms of each partner and the Merch, partners & events section below.
Billing, pause & cancellation
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a monthly cycle via our payment-services provider. By activating a paid membership you authorise us and our provider to charge the stored payment method each cycle until cancellation or pause.
Pause
You may pause a paid membership for up to three consecutive months from your account settings. Billing is suspended during the pause; partner discounts, merchandise credit accrual and the monthly allocation of complimentary entries also pause. Complimentary entries already allocated to a live drop remain valid. Pause automatically ends at the earlier of the end of the paused period or your reactivation.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Complimentary entries and merchandise credit already allocated during the paid period remain valid in accordance with their own terms; benefits that have not yet been earned do not accrue after cancellation.
Refunds
Except where required by the ACL or other applicable law, paid memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the ACL.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, pause member benefits (including the issuance of complimentary entries), and ultimately terminate the membership after reasonable notice.
Price changes
We may change membership prices with at least 30days’ notice by email. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued membership after the effective date is acceptance of the new price.
GST
All membership prices are stated in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. A tax invoice is available on request.
Credit packs
Credit packs are a separate paid product available to paid members. A credit pack bundles a quantity of KeyDrops Creditswith a specified number of complimentary entries into a nominated drop. Packs are priced from AUD $25to AUD $500.
What Credits are
Credits have independent redeemable value. Credits are redeemable against merchandise, premium content, partner discount boosts, event tickets and delivery-service credits. The credit-to-dollar value of each pack is published at checkout, alongside the number of complimentary entries included. Credits do not have a cash value.
Expiry and auto-redemption
Unused Credits expire 12 months after the purchase date. At expiry, unused Credits are auto-redeemed into standard KeyDropsmerchandise or, at the member’s election recorded in account settings, donated to a member-nominated partner charity. Credits never expire to zero value.
Monitoring of redemption
We monitor Credit redemption internally to ensure Credits continue to deliver genuine non-draw value to members. Where our review indicates the pack design requires change, we may adjust pack composition, add redemption options, or pause new pack sales pending a redesign. Aggregated redemption information is available to regulators on request.
Refunds on credit packs
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except: (a) where required by the ACL; or (b) where the drop nominated by the credit pack does not fill, in which case the cash component of the pack is refunded in full within 5 business days. Credits already redeemed for merchandise, content or partner discounts are honoured.
Drops & entries
Each drop is a separate trade promotion with its own published drop terms, entry period, draw date, prize description and authorising permit or statutory basis. Entry into a drop is deemed acceptance of these terms and the drop terms for that drop.
Entry channels
- Complimentary with membership. Active paid members may allocate their complimentary entries from their account into any open drop, subject to the per-drop entry cap below.
- Credit pack. A credit pack may include complimentary entries into a nominated drop (see Credit packs above).
- Free entry route. Any Eligible Entrant may enter any open drop at no cost via the Free Route described below, with identical weighting to a complimentary entry.
Per-drop entry cap
A single entrant may hold no more than 10,000 entries in any one drop, regardless of the combination of membership tier, credit packs and Free Route used. This cap is an anti-abuse and AML control; it is not a target. We may lower the cap for an individual drop.
Unfilled drops
If a drop does not reach its published minimum entry threshold by the close of the entry period, we will not draw. Paid members whose complimentary entries were allocated to the drop keep those complimentary entries available to re-allocate; credit-pack buyers receive the cash component refund described in Credit packs above; any consigned prize vehicle returns to the consignor under the Consignment Agreement.
Advertising & marketing
Where an ACT permit is required for a drop (all drops with total prize value above AUD $3,000), we do not advertise the drop to ACT residents until the ACT permit issues. You may see drop teaser content from outside the ACT before the permit issues; the drop will only open to ACT residents on permit issue.
Free entry route
A no-cost entry route is available for every drop. The Free Route does not require any purchase, subscription, paid membership, premium-rate call, premium SMS, or other consideration. It is prominently linked from every drop page.
Primary path — online Free Route form
- Create a free KeyDrops account using your email, date of birth, and residential address. We will verify your identity, age and residency via our KYC provider; no payment method is required.
- Open the drop page and submit the Free Route form. One Free Route entry per verified person per drop.
- We apply proportionate anti-abuse controls to the Free Route, including verified-identity limits and automated checks against bot and script activity. These controls exist solely to prevent automated abuse; they are not designed to discourage genuine use of the Free Route.
Alternative path — post
If you prefer not to create an account, you may enter any drop by post:
- Handwrite or type an entry card with your full legal name, date of birth, street address, drop number, and a single clear statement that you wish to enter.
- Post it to the address published on the relevant drop page. One entry per envelope, each envelope individually hand-addressed; photocopied or machine-bulked submissions are not accepted.
- Postal entries received before the close of the entry period are matched against our KYC records and allocated into the same pool. Entries received after close are void.
Weighting
Free Route entries carry identical weighting in the draw to complimentary entries. Your odds do not change based on which route you used.
SA residents
Free tier accounts from residents of South Australia have the Free Route disabled, consistent with the SA exclusion in Jurisdictions above.
Draws & winners
Commit-reveal draw method
Every draw is conducted using a commit-reveal random number generator. Before the close of entries, we publish a cryptographic commitment to the random seed. After the close of entries, we reveal the seed and apply the draw method against the finalised entry list. The draw is livestreamed, and the published artefacts enable independent verification of the result.
Winner contact
We will attempt to contact the drawn entrant by telephone, email and SMS using the contact details recorded on the entrant’s account. The drawn entrant must respond within 7 days of the draw to confirm acceptance and complete identity verification.
Unclaimed prizes & redraws
If a drawn entrant cannot be contacted within the 7-day window despite our reasonable attempts, is disqualified under these terms, or declines the prize, we may redraw the prize using the same commit-reveal method from the remaining valid entries. A redraw does not invalidate earlier correctly conducted draw steps.
Independent oversight
Where a state or territory permit requires it, or where we consider it appropriate, the draw will be supervised by an independent scrutineer.
Winner publication
We publish the winner’s first name, city and state of residence on the drop page and on our social channels for a minimum of 28 days after the draw. For drops with a total prize value above AUD $5,000 that are open to Northern Territory residents, where an NT resident wins, the winner’s name is also published in a local or national newspaper as required by the NT Community Gaming Regulations.
Prizes & transfer
The prize for each drop is described in the drop terms. Unless the drop terms state otherwise, prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Where a cash alternative is offered, it will be stated in the drop terms and the winner’s election is final when made.
Vehicle prizes — what we cover
For each vehicle prize, KeyDrops covers:
- state stamp duty on the transfer of registration;
- transfer fees and twelve months’ standard registration;
- compulsory third-party insurance for the registration year;
- independent pre-drop mechanical and cosmetic inspection;
- road-transport delivery within Australia to an accessible land address nominated by the winner;
- any reasonable administrative costs of the transfer itself.
Winner responsibilities
From the date of delivery, the winner is responsible for comprehensive insurance, subsequent registration renewals, consumables, maintenance, storage and any personal customisation. The winner must be present at delivery, produce a current driver licence matching the account name, and sign the standard transfer and acceptance documents.
Tax
The following is a general summary only and is not tax advice. Tax treatment depends on each winner’s individual circumstances. Winners should obtain independent financial and taxation advice before taking delivery of a prize.
Any Luxury Car Taxconsequences on subsequent resale, additional stamp duty on resale, land tax, or capital gains events arising from the winner’s later dealings with the prize are the winner’s responsibility. KeyDropsmakes no representation as to the tax treatment of any prize in the winner’s hands.
In-care period & risk
During the entry period the consigned vehicle remains in the possession of the consignor under vehicle-in-care insurance covering the period from opening of the drop through to delivery of the vehicle to the winner. Risk in a prize vehicle passes to the winner on delivery.
Consigned vehicles
Prize vehicles are supplied under consignment by private Australian owners. Each consigned vehicle is subject to:
- a PPSR search, returned clear, before the drop opens;
- an independent mechanical and cosmetic inspection, the report of which is made available on the drop page;
- vehicle-in-care insurance covering the period from the opening of the drop through to delivery to the winner;
- a fixed pre-agreed consignor payout, held in escrow and paid within 5 business days of successful fill; and
- return of the vehicle to the consignor if the drop fails to fill, with no liability to entrants beyond the reinstatement of complimentary entries and the credit-pack refund described in Credit packs above.
Statutory warranties
Where a state motor-dealer law confers a statutory warranty on the transfer of a used vehicle, that warranty will pass to the winner to the extent permitted by that law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the ACL.
Condition at delivery
The vehicle is delivered in the condition recorded in the pre-drop inspection report plus reasonable mileage accrued for staging, photography, promotional driving and delivery. The winner acknowledges and accepts that promotional use may reasonably include additional kilometres and cosmetic wear consistent with that use.
Merchandise, partners & events
Merchandise credit
Each paid tier includes a monthly merchandise credit which accrues to your account while your paid membership is active. Merchandise credit does not have a cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, expires 12 months after issue, and is redeemable against KeyDrops merchandise in the member store. Credit that would otherwise expire is auto-redeemed into a standard merchandise item or donated to a member-nominated partner charity at your election.
Partner discounts
Partner discounts are offered by independent third parties. The terms of each discount, including product eligibility and expiry, are those published by the partner. KeyDropsis not the supplier of the partner’s goods or services and does not guarantee availability or stock. Where a member has a dispute with a partner about the redemption of a discount, we will reasonably assist in the resolution but the dispute is ultimately between the member and the partner.
Events
Some paid tiers include access to KeyDropsevents. Event bookings are made from your account on a first-in-first-served basis. Event places are not transferable. No-shows do not receive a refund of event expenses but the member’s paid membership is not affected. Events may be subject to age restrictions, venue-specific terms, photography, and filming for promotional purposes — those terms are published with the event listing.
Your conduct
When using the Service you must not:
- provide false, misleading or inaccurate information;
- use another person’s identity, payment method or account;
- circumvent the Excluded Jurisdiction control (including via VPN, proxy, mail-forwarding service or false address);
- use any automated script, bot, scraper or other automated means to interact with the Service, the draw engine, the Free Route or a drop entry flow;
- interfere with, probe or attempt to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Service;
- harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any other user, employee or consignor; or
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The KeyDrops name, logo, livery, site design, code, data, content (including editorial, photography and video) and the commit-reveal draw implementation are owned by KeyDrops or our licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce, republish, sublicense, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Service, or use any content of the Service to train machine-learning models, without our prior written consent.
User content
If you submit content to the Service (including reviews, posts, photographs or videos), you grant KeyDrops a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You warrant that you have the rights to grant that licence.
Publicity
Winners must cooperate with reasonable publicity and promotion relating to the drop. By accepting a prize, the winner grants KeyDrops and its related entities an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the winner’s first name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice and non-identifying biographical detail in promotional material about the drop and the broader KeyDrops service, in any media now known or later developed.
We will not publish the winner’s full residential address, date of birth, identity document numbers or other sensitive information. A winner may request, on reasonable grounds (for example, personal safety), that a published name be shortened or redacted.
Australian Consumer Law & liability
Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees under the ACL that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any such guarantee, including the guarantees of acceptable quality and fitness for any disclosed purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the ACL, our liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited, at our election, to the re-supply of the service or payment of the cost of re-supplying the service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our aggregate liability to any entrant is limited to the greater of (a) AUD $1,000 and (b) the amount paid by that entrant to KeyDrops in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You indemnify KeyDrops against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful conduct, or any material misstatement by you in your account or an entry.
Privacy
Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Suspension & disqualification
We may suspend or terminate access, void entries, withhold or reclaim a prize, and close an account, where we reasonably believe that:
- these terms or any drop terms have been breached;
- information provided is false, misleading or incomplete;
- the account is being used in an Excluded Jurisdiction or in violation of any applicable law;
- the account is involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering or automated activity; or
- action is necessary to comply with a regulator’s direction or a court order.
Where a winner’s entry is invalidated after the prize has been delivered, we may require the winner to return the prize or its cash value to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give at least 14days’ notice by email and on-site banner before the new version takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date is acceptance of the amended terms. Amendments do not apply retrospectively to any draw that has already been conducted.
Drop-specific terms may only be amended after the drop has opened if (a) the amendment is required by a regulator or operation of law, or (b) it is not prejudicial to entrants. We will publish the effective date of any drop-specific amendment on the drop page. Where the drop is open to WA residents, mid-drop amendments also require prior written approval of the WA Gaming and Wagering Commission.
Disputes & complaints
Complaints about a drop, a draw, a published winner, or a prize must be submitted in writing to support@keydrops.com.au within 14 days of the relevant event (or the date you reasonably became aware of it). We will review complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
If we are unable to resolve a complaint informally within a reasonable time (we aim to respond within 30 days), either party may refer the matter to mediation conducted in Melbourne, Victoria under the mediation rules of the Resolution Institute. Nothing in this clause limits any right to make a complaint to a state or territory regulator, the ACCC, OAIC or AUSTRAC, or to commence court proceedings in the appropriate circumstances.
General
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth courts sitting in Victoria.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, industrial action, acts of government, cyber-attack, or failure of a third-party service. Where a force majeure event affects a draw, we may reschedule, substitute media, conduct the draw without live broadcast, or otherwise take reasonable steps to complete the draw fairly and in compliance with applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder continues in full force and effect.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these terms. We may assign these terms to an affiliate or to the purchaser of the business, provided your rights are not materially reduced.
Entire agreement
These terms, the drop terms for any drop you have entered, and our Privacy Policy, comprise the entire agreement between you and KeyDrops in respect of the Service.
